I had not done yoga for years and felt the need to try it out again. I went to Laura’s class to stretch and hopefully gain back my flexibility. It was a little intimidating getting myself to the class but once I was in there working with Laura, I felt comfortable, relaxed and encouraged to come back sooner. I was back the next week!!

Kevin

Laura's classes have a nice flow where I'm physically challenged and at the same time she encourages a deep sense of awareness that comes from within.

Regina

I love Laura and her classes. She is one of the most confident teachers who knows what’s she is doing. Her adjustment touch is my favorite. I never felt as safe As her adjustment. It is very accurate and she always comes help me when I need it. She is also a super cheering person outside studio too, making my day super bright when I see her.
